2025-2026 Senior Parking Permit Application

Seniors may purchase a yearly parking permit for $40. The cost to paint your spot is an additional $25. ($65 total for a permit & painting.) Payment can be remitted via credit card using this form.

Families requiring more than one pass may purchase two passes for $60 (for families with multiple cars/needing an additional parking spot on campus). These passes may not be shared with or sold to anyone outside their immediate family.  Students may drive more than one vehicle, but only need one pass. Only Seniors may paint their parking spots.

Please complete the required information and digitally sign the Acknowledgement of Parking Pass Regulations. The parent/guardian digital signature also serves as acknowledgement that the student drivers have read and agree to abide by the parking and painting regulations.

Regulations

  1. Due to the planned construction on campus, there are a limited number (45 spots) of Upper Lot parking spots for seniors, and the remaining seniors will have reserved spots in the Lower Lot. If you would like to be put in the lottery for the Upper Lot spots, you must complete the online form no later than July 8th. There is no guarantee of a spot in the Upper Lot. Students will be randomly chosen and notified by July 11th if they get an Upper Lot parking spot.
  2. All other Senior parking applications are due no later than July 15th. (see additional guidelines below).
  3. You may not sell or give friends your parking permit. Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action and/or loss of parking privileges.
  4. Current 2025-2026 CTK Permits must be hung from your rear-view mirror with the numbers facing outward. Parking on campus without a clearly displayed current CTK parking permit is a violation of the parking regulations.
  5. Parking in more than one spot OR in non-approved areas is not permitted. Numbered spots are for faculty and staff only. You may not park in designated visitor or handicap parking spots.
  6. Irresponsible behavior (speeding, reckless driving, etc.) is not permitted and will result in disciplinary action and/or loss of parking privileges.
  7. Infractions of these regulations will result in disciplinary action, which may include detention, loss of parking privileges on campus, or parking in the Gravel Lot for an academic quarter. Further violations will result in permanent gravel parking. Specific actions may result in the immediate removal of parking privileges.

CTK Senior Painting Guidelines

SGA is excited to offer this opportunity to reserve your parking spot and showcase your creativity. This is a Senior privilege.

  1. REMINDERS: To enter the lottery for Upper Lot spots, you must submit your application no later than July 8th. Applications will be entered into a lottery and randomly chosen. Submission by July 8th does NOT guarantee an Upper Lot spot will be available.

  2. If you choose to paint your spot, you must submit an image (hand-drawn or electronically generated) on Google Classroom by July 15th.

  3. Once the applications are processed and the images are approved, you will receive a randomly generated lottery number on July 25th. NOTE: This lottery number determines the order in which you will choose your spots. It does not correspond to a parking spot.

  4. An aerial view of the Senior parking spots will be uploaded to the Class of 2026 Google Classroom along with the list of Seniors in order of lottery number. You should discuss with your classmates which spots you would like and put comments into the Google Classroom doc.

  5. At 8 AM on Aug 1st, Seniors-only will begin choosing their parking spots from the image on Google Classroom in order of lottery number.

  6. On Aug 8th and 9th, from 7 AM - 3 PM, students will be able to paint their spots.  Once the spot is painted, the image may not be added to or modified or altered in any way.

Important Notes:

  • Seniors are responsible for providing their paint.

  • Parking spot dimensions are 18 x 9 ft with a 1 ½ in border.

  • Your image may not be in opposition to the Catholic faith or make controversial political statements or be overtly offensive to others.

  • You may only paint the approved image. Any inappropriate images will be painted over and you will lose your upper parking lot spot. No refunds will be given.

  • If any misconduct occurs during the painting day or if there is a refusal to cooperate with the guidelines, those involved will lose upper parking lot privileges for the first semester and/or be subject to additional consequences.

  • If a student is not available to paint on Aug 8th or 9th, they will need to speak to Mrs. Milligan.

Indicate your acknowledgement of the painting guidelines OR indicate that you do NOT wish to paint your spot. required
