The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is the official organization that promotes partnership between the home and the school. The primary role of the PTO is to build community. Monies raised through dues and other means are used to further that primary mission or to purchase equipment and materials for parent and student programs sponsored by the PTO.
Our funding is derived from 3 main sources: annual PTO dues ($100, or $75 if purchased jointly with Athletics membership), painless fundraising programs (including Harris Teeter and Publix), sales of used uniforms, used books, and the annual Christmas ornament. In addition, the PTO collects money twice a year as part of our staff giving programs (Christmas and the end of the year).
Our programs and activities include the following:
Student Life - including freshman welcome gifts & t-shirts, transfer welcome gifts, senior events & gifts, seasonal decorations, fall social, spring barbecue, Catholic Schools Week and Bridge Week.
Faculty Appreciation - including start-up funds for teacher classrooms, monthly prayer lunches, teacher snacks, and a spring teacher social event. The PTO also organizes a gift collection for teachers and staff twice yearly - Christmas and the End-of-School-Year.

Lunch Program (Committee Chair - Paula Gonzales) PTO provides funding for the OrgsOnline software and organizes parent volunteers in the lunchroom (temporarily suspended due to COVID).
Fundraising (Committee Chair - Janeen Hicks) oversees Used Uniform & Books Sales, Painless Fundraising, and the Christmas Ornament Fundraiser.
Faith (Committee Chair - Stephanie Panizza) works with Campus Ministry to develop spiritual initiatives such as parent rosary prayers, monthly teacher’s prayer lunches and other events celebrating our faith.
Social (Committee Chairs - Elza Spaedy and Wendy Tener) organizes social events and seasonal outdoor decorations for the school.
Senior Agents (Julie Caperton, Jackie Hull, Dee Woodworth, Lori Camp) work closely with JoEllen Habel on senior activities and events.
Teacher Liaison (Caroly Cashman) Coordinate between the teachers and the school to provide for teachers' needs.
