A white statue of Mary, adorned with a floral crown and surrounded by a colorful wreath of flowers, stands on a circular concrete base in front of a tan brick building.

On Friday, as our oldest and youngest female students crowned Mary in a cherished CTK tradition, we were reminded of a simple but powerful truth shared by Father Huber:

If Christ is the Way, then we should follow Him in all things - even in the way He loved and honored His mother.

Mary is a special gift to us - one who leads us closer to Christ, prays for us, and walks with us in faith. We honor her not out of obligation, but as a joyful opportunity to grow closer to her Son.

Students and staff placed flowers at the foot of Mary's statue, offering simple acts of love and devotion.

May we continue to open our hearts to Christ our King and to His mother Mary as our guide and intercessor.

Special thanks to the Sorority of Mary for organizing such a meaningful celebration.
