Beautiful Tribute to Our Blessed Mother

Our Christ the King community gathered in faith and unity for a beautiful May Crowning procession and all-school Mass in honor of Our Blessed Mother, Mary. Together, we prayed the Rosary and processed around campus, lifting our hearts in prayer and love.

At Mass, Father Huber posed a powerful question:
“Why do we crown Mary?”
His answer was simple and profound—“Because our Lord did first.”

He also challenged us to reflect personally:
How do you crown Our Lady in your heart?
In what ways do you crown God’s love and His gifts to you?

As we enter the month of May, a time when we also honor our earthly mothers, we’re reminded of the nurturing love, strength, and grace that Mary models for us all. The celebration was a powerful reminder to live lives that magnify the Lord, just as Mary did, and to cherish the light of Christ that blooms within us—especially during this springtime of the Easter season.

Let this moment inspire us to go forward in joy and gratitude, honoring Mary not just with flowers, but with lives full of love, faith, and devotion.

Mary, Mother of God, pray for us.
