XC team poses at regionals with Coach Karin

XC teams Shine at Regional Meet

Our Cross Country team had a FANTASTIC showing at the Regional meet on Saturday in Cherokee, NC.

• Blake is a Regional Champion running a course record of 15:03.

• Nicole finished in a close 2nd with a time of 17:58 (under 18 minutes!).

• Shea finished 4th overall and was the top freshman finisher with a time of 18:54.

• The girls team finished 3rd overall - a program best with every girl running a personal record time.

• The boys team ran 4th overall and are also headed to States!

Congratulations to Coach Karin and her teams for their success. Hard work pays off and that is evident in their results. 12 out of the 14 runners ran personal bests on Saturday!

The teams compete in States this Saturday at Ivey Redmon Sports Complex in Kernersville, NC. Go Crusaders!
