Nicole Alfers won the 1A NCHSAA Cross Country Individual State Championship on Saturday at Ivey M. Redmon Sports Complex in Kernersville, NC. Posting a time of 18:37.21, Nicole was the only runner to finish in under 19 minutes! Congratulations Nicole!
